Hello Friends, *** Our daily jobs during ILP *** 1. Always come before 2:15 PM and leaving after 9 PM. If you got late by 1 minute then they will put your half day leave. 2. Scan our bags before entering and after leaving TCS premises. 3. Swipe Id card at entry and exit door. 4. Finding CLR-Class Room-Lab and TR-Training Room. 5. Log on to own system with own credentials. 6. Fill time sheet entry. 7. Insert and update learning logs. 8. Zimbra mail account checking. 9. Giving feedback with respect to courses and faculties. 10. Come back within breakout time to avoid half day leave. 11. Daily shaving to avoid half day leave. 12. Avoid gossiping and mobile at breakout area. 13. Save daily task in winscp or ultimatix. 14. Book sit in auditorium whenever there was session. 15. Connecting database using putty. 16. Taking coffee in break time. 17. Programming on eclipse. 18. Read material on TCSion for exams.  ...

Hello Friends, *** 2nd hectic day of Office *** That day again, we entered first in auditorium. The first speech was from Mr.Gautham Reddy, Java HOD... He just looked like a ferocious spook, we were really sacred during that time ...were thinking that....if I will get java...and so on...but from then onward, I personally get in touched with him and came to know about his real great knowledge. Actually, before joining that ILP he was a trainer in IBM, and the most interesting thing is that he is not from Computer science background than Electrical field. Anyway, again we got our HR, he told about the basic architecture about salary and various allowances provided by TCS. Hello Friends, *** First day in TCS *** I got up too earlier because our reporting was at 7:30 AM. I, along with my those friends reached TCS ILP center at Q-city. Whole road were filled by only TCS employees. Everyone was running on the road with their documents bag. First day, really was a meaningful day with full sleeve shirt, closing collar button with tied up, formal pant, polished shoes...! After reaching Qcity main gate, we were in a queue. There were some security guards who were checking our joining letter and one id card. After showing our joining letter and personal id card, we entered into the giant building QCity. By taking the elevator we reached at 7th floor, because 7th and 8th were for TCS in that building. One security guard issued our temporary id card to enter into the auditorium. We were all total 360 employees from different states with multicultural harmony like Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai, West Bengal, Bihar, Chattisgarh, Jharkhan...

Hello Friends!!! Here, I am going to share one of TCS trainee's (Chandra Shekar Reddy) experience of very first day of ILP. Hope so, you will get some info related to Hyderabad... Many of you will get this also...So, it will be good that if you already know about it. Early in the morning got up by 6 am. Started to Q city by 7:15 from CSR Residency (accommodation provided by TCS 1 km away). At the main gate the security asked to show Joining letter and one original Id proof. Let me in. From the gate you need to go straight to block B1 (Don't go to right side its other block). After that I reached B1 entrance went to the lift n floor 7.There you see a long queue where again you need to show Joining letter and ID proof. After you enter in and you should hand over any pen drives to the security and get you bags checked on the right. Now you enter the actual TCS block which would relieve and mesmerize you. Hello Friends!!! I joined ILP Ahmedabad on Sept 1st, 2014. Though I don't know much, I've tried to answer questions to the extent I know. So, I would like to share some important points to all my fellows through this website. I hope, you will like to know about this. Let's start it from IRA(Initial Readiness Assessment) or study session...The most important phase... 1) IRA 1 is conducted on very first day considering the date of joining.  Absolutely no questions from Know your TCS and Business skills modules in your IRA 1. That means, you have to prepare only 4 modules except this. 2) In IRA 1, 40 questions will be there... 2.5 marks for each question. Cut off is around 55 marks. Its not a big deal because If you read aspire once you'll answer most of the questions by seeing options. Only basic things in aspire. 3)  IRA 2 will be conducted on second day of your joining. 4) Don't worry about IRA 2 because its marks are not calculated. This is jus...
