Here, I am going to share one of TCS trainee's (Chandra Shekar Reddy) experience of very first day of ILP. Hope so, you will get some info related to Hyderabad... Many of you will get this also...So, it will be good that if you already know about it.

Early in the morning got up by 6 am. Started to Q city by 7:15 from CSR Residency (accommodation provided by TCS 1 km away). At the main gate the security asked to show Joining letter and one original Id proof. Let me in. From the gate you need to go straight to block B1 (Don't go to right side its other block). After that I reached B1 entrance went to the lift n floor 7.There you see a long queue where again you need to show Joining letter and ID proof. After you enter in and you should hand over any pen drives to the security and get you bags checked on the right. Now you enter the actual TCS block which would relieve and mesmerize you. Then they give you a temporary Id on filling a form. After that you should enter the auditorium.

In the auditorium after every one is seated HR Sarah Prathiba welcomes you with a short note. Then you would be handed over a non- confidential certificate with 2 booklets. After which the HEAD of ILP HYD Mr.Aravind addresses you and guides you about the ILP proceedings and pattern. Meanwhile you may get a 10 min break. Soon the Admin team precised and distributes your Employee IDs (if you have uploaded the photo in campus commune the IDs will be given else you would be sent to photo session so that you get your ID the next day) and HR team guides you on how to fill the given non- confidential affidavit. Thereafter starts your verification of Original documents. Even though they say that it would begin shortly most of the times it is delayed and you would get time to arrange your docs on shown on projector. Meanwhile a lunch break. Then again continuation of the verification is done based on the serial nos that they allot you at that point of time. It took almost from 2 30 pm to till in night 9 30 pm to verify originals of 355 joinees. The originals you need are:

1. Service agreement
2. Surety form+ income proof+ pan card GO attested copy
3. NCA
4. NON-Confidential certificate
5. Passport copy GO attested (or appointment letter)
6. Medical certificate
7. Academic certificates all( 10th, 12th, all semester grade sheets,course completion or provisional [*if your semester 8 results are out at least bring a copy of print out *])
8. NSR at least you must have completed Phase 1.
It took me 9 pm to complete my verification. I think almost I have covered every imp event. You can have CCD coffees and budget means within Q city to energies yourselves. Hope you get ready for the Big day with all the docs. All the best.

How to do resign TCS (TCS resignation formality)

Hello Friends, *** Resigning TCS formally *** The hectic documentation process you did during your joining, should be reversed over here too (Sadly, its not over yet). You have to find the person to contact for Resignation.  Login to your Ultimatix account,  go to  HR Managemement->  Employee Self Service->  Workflow.  You will get the name and email id of the person to contact for the same. Put in a mail to the person, and he will get back to you soon via phone and email to redirect you to the further procedures (Make sure you include your phone number in the mail). After getting the details of the new person, go and meet him/her.  There are two important things to keep in mind before release-  A month's prior notice, or else you will have to pay the basic pay of the rest of days. i.e., for example you want to leave the company on Aug 10, and you inform it at the beginning of the month(Aug 1).
