Hello Friends, After getting done with ILP, you are required to report at your respective base location. Here we need to arrange our accommodation by ourselves from day .At first we prefer Paying Guest Accommodation, until and unless your office location is not fix at that point of time. In case you want to move to a flat on rent, you need to have at least 20,000 to 40,000 (variable amount for different cities) to pay including your flat deposit,rent and other basic expenses. On raising a request from TCS's portal, TCS provides housing deposit loan up to 30,000 on zero percent interest. The issued amount will be deducted from your  upcoming month salary. This amount is repayable in maximum 12 installments, we can fix the EMI while raising the request. Eligibility criteria for getting your request approved: - 1. Pros:- Good number of projects, Good opportunities for career Cons:-  Dry state, Average night life *** Bangalore *** It has 10 office. Pros:-  Good Climate, Good TCS Presence in Multiple Locations, Good number of Projects, Onsite opportunities. Comparatively less expensive Living, Very much disciplined Cons:-  Average night life, No jeans allowed even not on Friday (You have to wear formals on all days) *** Bhubaneswar *** It has 2 office. Hello Friends, MUMBAI Head Quarter of TCS: Country's largest IT services firm TCS has said it will hire 60,000 people this fiscal and impart training to its existing one lakh employees in various digital technologies. The software exporter is also ramping up investments in the digital solutions space. "Digital is a key stream for us going ahead. We are investing in training all our people. This year, we will be training 1,00,000 people in terms of various digital technologies," managing director and chief executive N Chandrasekaran told the shareholders at the 20th AGM here. The company had earlier said it was targeting to take revenues from the digital space, comprising social, mobile, analytics and cloud to $5 billion in a few years. Chandrasekaran, however, has declined to give details on the progress on this target, citing the silent period ahead of the June quarter earnings. Hello Friends, ILP COMPLETION -- RMG MEETING -- CHOOSING PROJECT -- TYPE OF PROJECTS --PROJECT INTERVIEWS So what next?... Well after completion your ILP you need to report to your respective IOU/ISU RMG (Resource Management Group) in your base location. Basically RMG's are the people who will share your profile for getting you into some project. So RMG will ask you to attend project interview. Basically projects are of three types: 1) Development and Maintenance 2) Support 3) Testing(Manual&Automatic) Development and Maintenance projects involves lot of coding.
