 Speaking Volumes Won't Serve the Cause, Making Videos won't change the reality, Promoting women on television shows just for the sake of TRP won't lead to "Women Empowerment" !!!

I know India is fast developing into a Super power on the Global stage or some may even argue that, it has already made its mark on the World Map, but while Women in other Countries walk head to head or may be ahead than their Male counterparts, Women in India are still not given the same respect and stature that they deeply deserve , why ????

There are still places in India, where Female Infanticide is performed enormously , but who stops them from doing so or who educates them ??

Women in India nowadays are attaining great heights and certainly reaching a new level but still people don't realize it and believe that "Only Men can achieve greater success".
Women today are certainly performing better and bigger, for evidence we may certainly have a look at the past 5 years records, it's just that the opportunity was lacking previously.

Science , Technology , Innovation , Researches , Defence Equipment , Economical barriers, Industry , Investments , Employment- These are certainly the things which we look forward to but what about the basic things ??

Just passing bills or making new laws would be legitimate and change the course of the country or should there be some serious measures taken so as to hit the grass root level and start from scratch.
Making manifestos at the time of elections just for their own benefit would ideally work very well indeed , but whose fault is it ?

Its obviously "OUR FAULT" .
I believe as long as we as individuals don't realize it and start taking the initiative, nobody else can change it and it is quite obvious that it has to start today, cos it never late to be great, and we are just 'N' Years late.

I know it might appear philosophical to many and they may definitely point fingers at me, so as to what I am doing to raise the bars, but the answer would definitely be "You Lead The Change".

There would be feelings mixed with nervousness too. As the name... IRA .. How to do resign TCS (TCS resignation formality)

Hello Friends, *** Resigning TCS formally *** The hectic documentation process you did during your joining, should be reversed over here too (Sadly, its not over yet). You have to find the person to contact for Resignation.  Login to your Ultimatix account,  go to  HR Managemement->  Employee Self Service->  Workflow.  You will get the name and email id of the person to contact for the same. Put in a mail to the person, and he will get back to you soon via phone and email to redirect you to the further procedures (Make sure you include your phone number in the mail). After getting the details of the new person, go and meet him/her.  There are two important things to keep in mind before release-  A month's prior notice, or else you will have to pay the basic pay of the rest of days. i.e., for example you want to leave the company on Aug 10, and you inform it at the beginning of the month(Aug 1).
