You have to find the person to contact for Resignation.  Login to your Ultimatix account,  go to  HR Managemement->  Employee Self Service->  Workflow.  You will get the name and email id of the person to contact for the same. Put in a mail to the person, and he will get back to you soon via phone and email to redirect you to the further procedures (Make sure you include your phone number in the mail). After getting the details of the new person, go and meet him/her.  There are two important things to keep in mind before release-  A month's prior notice, or else you will have to pay the basic pay of the rest of days. i.e., for example you want to leave the company on Aug 10, and you inform it at the beginning of the month(Aug 1). Hello Friends, # Passport _a_ Mandatory _Document You would be aware of the required documents to be submitted at ILP center as provided in my post. One of the important documents is your passport that is compulsory to bring from this time. A Valid passport must be with you on the date of joining. In case you do not have a valid passport on the date of joining, you need to at least submit the proof of having applied for a passport, that is, copy of the receipt of the Passport office (From this time, You need to submit passport copy ). It should be with you if for some unavoidable reasons you are not able to complete the process of appointment or you have not received the passport before the date of joining. In either situations, you must bring the copy of that receipt.  And after joining the ILP, you can submit the copy of the passport whenever you get it during the ILP. In one of the largest-ever employee bonus payouts within the history of India INC , package exporter TCS today declared a Rs 2,628 crore one-time bonus to employees to mark 10 years of its public listing. The city-headquartered TCS said all employees who have completed a minimum of one year in service will be eligible for the bonus and can get a reward equivalent of 1 week's regular payment for each year of service. As of finish March, it had 3,19,656 staff. "TCSers are well-known for his or her ability to execute, introduce and provide leadership within the customers' context.
