TCS new written test pattern, choice procedure, Technical and HR interview queries asked in several Off and On campus recruitment everywhere Asian nation for his or her next batch 2015 passing out students and on top of.  I guess every different company takes written test 1st. So everybody should prepare for written test additionally in spite of whether or not he's or she's a "Silencer" kind student or a traditional student. 

 From the last three years, they also introduced a Mail writing section or Verbal section within the written test of TCS. It consists some words and have 10 min to complete this. Aptitude part consists of 30 questions of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning to be answered inside 80-90 min. Really these topics are such topics within which one cannot create excuses. One must gain quick determination speed with accuracy. Usually the queries return from the 60-80 patterns that TCS asks again and again.

 Basically TCS takes 4 rounds for general candidates and 3 for silencer types means those who belongs to TOP-5 in his branch.
  
1. Story writing from some given words
2. Written or Aptitude test
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

And the most important thing is that if your technical communication is not very good or if thay think you are a shy person then they can send u for 1 more round i.e. known as Management Round (MR Interview) after technical round.

Let's describe these things:-

1). Mail writing:- In this part, You will have some jumble words on your screen. Now you required to manage these words in a right manner. It is a 10 min exam. After completion it, Aptitude part  is automatically started.

2). Written exam:- The duration of this exam is 80 minutes and U will have 30 question which can be Multiple choice, Logical & Arithmetical type questions.
This section will also have Negative marks so please don't use your Guessing method. If u don't  know the correct answer then U should leave that instead of guessing.
They will also provide a scientific calculator on the screen so you are not permitted to carry your scientific calculator.

 3). Technical Interview:- For clarify this round, You should have sound knowledge of your Core subjects as well as Academic subjects. Your resume is also play a very important rule to clarify this round. So be sure of all aspects mentioned on your resume. You should know all current trends and technology. Your dressing is also play a very important role. In resume, U should Highlights your quality and achievements in shorts your strength.

4). HR Interview:- This is very simple as well as hard. If your communication skill is good then you can easily qualify this round otherwise it is a little bit tough for you.

5.) MR Interview :- For clarify this round, you should have knowledge of current market trends, Industry trends, Culture fitment. 
  • Know about your organisation very well.
  • Keep yourself abreast of the latest industry and technology trends as well as current affairs .
