Here, I am sharing an example of mail writing. As you can see, in this example, we have many words as outline. Now, you (as a Project Leader Maria) required to write a mail to a customer Mr. Gill Roy. 
The most important thing is that every word should be used in any manner but it should have valid meaning. 
You have only 10 min for this. 



  • Note:- As I saw in my college that many friends did same error in this and that error was Your name and Customer name. They wrote his name in place of Project Leader name.
  • Never use sorry or this type of words. If you need to wrote this then you should use APOLOGIES or those words which should have not negative meaning. 
  • It should have 50-70 words. Means not min to 50 or not more then to 80.
  • This mail writing is checked by Artificial Intelligence Machine, so It is better that you used those words which have good meaning or practical meaning.

Tips for writing e-mail:-

  • 1)Use all the keywords provided by them somehow or other as the software first scans entire e-mail and check whether all keywords are used or not
  • 2)Write e-mail using simple English..The software which evaluates your e-mail is not a English teacher who can check whether efficient English is used or not(Top 5 can use efficient English to grab impression from TCS team as they are evaluated manually by TCS)
  • 3)Don't commit spelling mistakes.If you are not sure of spelling of any word then don't use it.The specified software can understand the spelling mistakes
  • 4)The most important one.Consider time limit 10 minutes while writing e-mail
