Background Check Verification

Your association with TCSL will be subject to a background check in line with TCSL’s background check policy. A specially appointed agency will conduct internal and external background checks. Normally, such checks are completed within one month of joining.

If the background check reveals unfavorable results, you will be liable to disciplinary action including termination of trainee-ship / service without notice.

You will be required to fill Background Check Form immediately upon joining TCSL to enable completion of verification as per the policy. Your trainee-ship Job Offer is subject to successful completion of Background Verification.

Please download the list of required documents for BGC by clicking on ‘BGC – Proof of Documents’ link on TCS NextStep>> ILP Corner>> First Day at TCS>>Joining Formalities. 

Note that these documents are in addition to those mentioned under Other Relevant Documents/Requirements clause.

Hello Friends, An information resource center (IRC) is a facility inside Tata Consultancy Services limited (TCS), staffed by a specialist, containing many information sources. It is established at all ILP center as well as base center for you. So, you don't need to take any books or notes from home with you. They will provide you all relevant books related to new technology as well as your courses.   Many novel will also be there. So, whenever you will get time, go there and study these materials.
