Hello Friends!!! Hi TCSers, Hope you all are in the best of your health and having an awesome time altogether !!! Congratulations to all those of you ,who have been selected in TCS (2015 Batch) !!! You all must have got a mail regarding ASPIRE and LANGUAGE LOUNGE , and I'm sure many of you, if not all, would not be aware of what it is and the whereabouts of it !!! I know the mail must have raise a few eyebrows, sent the alarm bells ringing, and caught you by surprise. There nothing to be bemused or baffled, and bother much, at this particular moment of time, since, its your Semester or College Time. You need to focus on your college semester exams rather than the Aspire, since you must make sure you don't get a lag in any of your subjects, which might land you in a spot of bother or trouble , since TCS is very strict regarding its NORMS. So, I decided to make a post out of it, so that anyone can access this easily.  If I have missed any FAQ, feel free to comment and ask a question. Ans:-  No, The ILP dates cannot be rescheduled. 2) Where is my posting after ILP? Ans:-  Your posting can be at any of the TCS centers purely on project requirement basis and not on personal requests. This posting will be decided by TCS on successful completion of your ILP training. 3) Are travel expenses reimbursed by TCS? Ans:-  Travel expenses need to be borne by the trainee. TCS ensures that you are intimated of the ILP Joining date at least 20 days in advance so there is sufficient time to book your ticket to the ILP and also complete the documentation requir

Hello Friends!!! I joined ILP Ahmedabad on Sept 1st, 2014. Though I don't know much, I've tried to answer questions to the extent I know. So, I would like to share some important points to all my fellows through this website. I hope, you will like to know about this. Let's start it from IRA(Initial Readiness Assessment) or study session...The most important phase... 1) IRA 1 is conducted on very first day considering the date of joining.  Absolutely no questions from Know your TCS and Business skills modules in your IRA 1. That means, you have to prepare only 4 modules except this. 2) In IRA 1, 40 questions will be there... 2.5 marks for each question. Cut off is around 55 marks. Its not a big deal because If you read aspire once you'll answer most of the questions by seeing options. Only basic things in aspire. 3)  IRA 2 will be conducted on second day of your joining. 4) Don't worry about IRA 2 because its marks are not calculated. This is jus
