Some suggestion for new (2015) joinees

Hi TCSers,
Hope you all are in the best of your health and having an awesome time altogether !!!
Congratulations to all those of you ,who have been selected in TCS (2015 Batch) !!!

You all must have got a mail regarding ASPIRE and LANGUAGE LOUNGE, and I'm sure many of you, if not all, would not be aware of what it is and the whereabouts of it !!!
I know the mail must have raise a few eyebrows, sent the alarm bells ringing, and caught you by surprise.
There nothing to be bemused or baffled, and bother much, at this particular moment of time, since, its your Semester or College Time.
You need to focus on your college semester exams rather than the Aspire, since you must make sure you don't get a lag in any of your subjects, which might land you in a spot of bother or trouble , since TCS is very strict regarding its NORMS.
All said, I would like to highlight some points about ASPIRE and LANGUAGE LOUNGE ,its iff and buts.

‪#‎WHAT_IS_ASPIRE !!!
Aspire is a set of modules based on the various technical and communication aspects. It will be related to computer science core subjects like Database Management System, Algorithm, Programming Skills, Know your TCS etc. It is just intended to enhance, brush up and upgrade your technical knowledge. It also consists of numeral quizzes, which you need to take and at the end of each quiz, you will have a score, which is termed as 'ASPIRE SCORE or ASPIRE MILES' which plays a very important role to getting your joining letter soon. 
Note:- The Modules present in Aspire are very useful and the questions in the different quizzes are based on them and in addition, it helps you to sharpen your technical credentials. So, take it seriously. It will help you in your ILP also.

‪#‎IMPACT_ON_JOINING !!!
The Aspire Score will determine the Date of Joining for you people. There will be a cut off date, every month starting June (or may be earlier). Your score on that particular date will be considered. They will come out with a "CUT OFF SCORE", and the people who are above that score will get the joining dates, and the rest will have to wait simultaneously and need to reset your Aspire. The instructions would be communicated to you via. email from TCS , from time to time or it would be flashed on "CAMPUS COMMUNE".

‪#‎IS_THERE_TIME_CONSTRAINT_TO_COMPLETE_ASPIRE !!!
There is no time constraint or time limitation to finish the Aspire Material. Its just that, the people who score more would get early joining as compared to other people. I would suggest you all to concentrate on your college exams and once its done and dusted, you may quickly latch on to the Aspire module and give it a go.

Hello Friends, *** Resigning TCS formally *** The hectic documentation process you did during your joining, should be reversed over here too (Sadly, its not over yet). Hello Friends, The job location is an important factor and we all keep this in mind at the very first while applying for a job. Our job life is much affected by the location where we do the job. Hello everyone, You all must be waiting for the joining date. Those who have got their joining letters, are happy and much excited about what would happen on the first day. There would be feelings mixed with nervousness too. As the name... IRA .. IRA. ..is bothering you...but you need not worry because I am going to share with you all the things about IRA .  What exactly is the IRA? It's a kind of exam... Initial Readiness Assessment to test your readiness for the Initial Learning Program .
