The lab has created tools for two-stage tolerance optimization, capital maintenance planning, fixed-structure parametric identification, data mining and the development of Virtual Sensors using operational data. It has also created a framework for Supply Chain Planning under Uncertainty, a methodology for the identification of linear and nonlinear dynamic systems, algorithms for adaptive networks based on adaptive resonance theory for classification and identification and for fault diagnosis in linear and nonlinear systems using a model-based approach, and an object-oriented module for online multivariable control and optimization of linear systems.
