Hello Friends, What is Referral Drive? Every company has internal openings for which they ask the employee of the company to refer people they know and then the company invites those candidates referred by the employees to appear for their selection process. Only candidates referred by the employee is sent call letter to appear for the selection process. How does it work? Company sends email to the employee.  Employees receive a mail from the company about the opening with them. The mail contains the job description and the eligibility criteria required for that job.  Job Seekers sends resume to employee.  All the job seekers need to contact employee and send them their resume to refer.  Employee refers them.  Once the employee receives the resume, he refers the candidate in the company portal  Company invites candidates for Interview.  The company directly invites the candidate referred by the employee to appear for the selection process. Hello Friends, Batching update - ITIS Stream mapped students The joining letters for ITIS for the month of August 2015 have been released as on 17- June-2015.The aspire cut off score used for  arriving at the leader board for August batch is 692 which is in line with our business requirements. Now,  Reset option is made available for the IT IS stream mapped students. To redo a course and improve upon the current Aspire score, students may make use of the " Reset " functionality available in Aspire. Reset option is not applicable for students who have been batched already. Batching update - EIS Stream mapped students The Joining letters for the EIS stream for the August Month would be released shortly. Please keep checking your mails and campus  commune for more information.  Note:- Aspire Deadlines:-  The next deadline for Aspire (IT & IT IS ) will be 20th July 2015.
