TCS Joining Updates for August Month, 2015

We are committed to evolve our processes to drive positive changes and we are happy to inform you that with effect from August, we will have one more category of batching called the Business Critical Batching. This would be purely for students shortlisted for the Exciting Opportunities advertised and toppers from Code Vita and similar flagship contests of TCS. For this category, we may reduce the Aspire cut off for onboarding.

Batching criteria adopted for the Aug month - IT Stream


The joining letters for IT for the month of August 2015 have been released as on 17- June-2015. The aspire cut off score used for arriving at the leader board for August batch is 3780 which is in line with our business requirements.

The Aspire Modules will be restored from 18th June 2015 till the next cut off date of 20-July-2015. To redo a course and improve upon the current Aspire score, students may make use of the "Reset" functionality available in Aspire.

Note:- The Reset functionality will be available for students only if they have completed at least one quiz before the previous deadline i.e. 8-June-2015

Aspire continues to be your opportunity and window to a participatory early on-boarding in TCS in the coming months. So, keep scoring your miles and join us fast.

Hello everyone, You all must be waiting for the joining date. Those who have got their joining letters, are happy and much excited about what would happen on the first day. There would be feelings mixed with nervousness too. As the name... IRA .. IRA. ..is bothering you...but you need not worry because I am going to share with you all the things about IRA .  What exactly is the IRA? It's a kind of exam... Initial Readiness Assessment to test your readiness for the Initial Learning Program . How to do resign TCS (TCS resignation formality)

Hello Friends, *** Resigning TCS formally *** The hectic documentation process you did during your joining, should be reversed over here too (Sadly, its not over yet). You have to find the person to contact for Resignation.  Login to your Ultimatix account,  go to  HR Managemement->  Employee Self Service->  Workflow.  You will get the name and email id of the person to contact for the same. Put in a mail to the person, and he will get back to you soon via phone and email to redirect you to the further procedures (Make sure you include your phone number in the mail). After getting the details of the new person, go and meet him/her.  There are two important things to keep in mind before release-  A month's prior notice, or else you will have to pay the basic pay of the rest of days. i.e., for example you want to leave the company on Aug 10, and you inform it at the beginning of the month(Aug 1).
