As everybody knows that now days Aptitude plays a very very important role to getting a good job in multinational company.

Aptitude is the reflection of your Attitude. Recruiters demand a well polished aptitude, people aspire for a well furnished aptitude and the aspirants perspire for a well appreciated aptitude. Today, with the increase in competition for every job opportunity, your aptitude plays a key role in deciding your destiny. We have many organisations today providing a complete aptitude digest, but the one outplaying all others is certainly knowaptitude.in. 1) What exactly is APTITUDE?
Aptitude is just the function of your thinking and analyzing capabilities. Your capability of thinking in multiple dimensions enhances your aptitude. The time you take to solve a particular problem, the algorithm used all come under your aptitude.

2) What are the benefits of having a good aptitude?
As stated above aptitude is a measure of your problem solving ability.  Many recruiters, through their interviews or written exams, test directly your aptitude. Even exams like CAT, MAT  and IAS/PCS  entrance exams all judge a candidate’s aptitude. So your chance of being at the zenith is directly proportional to the level of your aptitude.

3) What shall I do to enhance my aptitude?
The best way to master an art is to fail in it and then retry.  Practice makes a man perfect. Same is the case with aptitude. You are expected and required to solve a variety of problems in order to be a master problem solver. 

4) What resources I need to begin with my aptitude workout?
The best thing about aptitude is that you don’t need to know any theories or fundamentals.  Just the application of brain and multi dimensional thinking will serve the purpose. Thus the only source you need is a Question bank.

5) What is the best resource for me?
I guess no book can serve your purpose. A book however bulky it is has a definite capacity. It’s dynamic. I will advice you for an online forum like knowaptitude.in.  They have a well categorized question set, with questions also set according to their difficulty. A completely free platform, it will definitely help you move towards the target.

There would be feelings mixed with nervousness too. As the name... IRA ..
