TCS Placement Process
Hello guys,
Here, I am sharing an idea regarding TCS placement process so it means that this post is for those person who wants to be a part of TCS family.
But, I think that before join this, you should know about TCS family. And I hope that you are too smart so you already read about it from wikkipedia or some other sites. So I am not describing too much. I am giving just an overview to know about this.
The first step is to practice aptitude from various books such as R.S Aggarwal (If you don't have this then purchase it from market otherwise you can also download it from this blog, I have already uploaded it on the next page) and a little of Arun sharma (Its downloaded link is also given in next page) as well as from TCS website and previous year papers.
A good news for all of you TCS use same pattern paper, means in 30 aptitude ques, approx 15-18 ques are on same pattern even sometimes digits exactly matched. So, I would like to say that It is very simple to clarify this round.
Now, Secondly after being confident in aptitude, go for your grooming in technical field...
Practice your favorite subject the most, also well verse in your training and external course and lastly groom your personality and communication skills.
The most important thing, Do not speak more in front of interviewer means don't try to be over smart.
The only objective of every aspirant is just to do proper planning and devotion toward this.
The placement process of TCS is very exigent and has several levels of test and interview process. This process is practiced by the TCS so as to select good candidates from a huge bunch of students.
It’s very much true that any company comes in the campus to recruit you, not to reject you. Only we are responsible for it if you are not getting selected. What need to be done is planning accurately for the whole selection procedure.
