*** What is the exactly mean of Re-scheduling ***


Once again, I came back with a new post regarding your ILP re-scheduling.

Please perform good in IRA and never ever reaching to offer any probability to TCS in order that they'll even consider sending you back or re-schedule within the wildest of dreams.

In my opinion, no one ever dream of being sent back packing in their wildest of nightmares. But if they rescheduled to you then this is your fault. Because, It is fact that they also don't want to reschedule. 

 Rescheduling is only depend on IRA 1 score. If you scored less then 52.5 then 100% you would reschedule. 
If you scored 52.5 exactly, then they will give you another chance to save yourself from this process and can complete your ILP.

Hello everyone, You all must be waiting for the joining date. Those who have got their joining letters, are happy and much excited about what would happen on the first day. There would be feelings mixed with nervousness too. As the name... IRA .. How to do resign TCS (TCS resignation formality)

Hello Friends, *** Resigning TCS formally *** The hectic documentation process you did during your joining, should be reversed over here too (Sadly, its not over yet). You have to find the person to contact for Resignation.  Login to your Ultimatix account,  go to  HR Managemement->  Employee Self Service->  Workflow.  You will get the name and email id of the person to contact for the same. Put in a mail to the person, and he will get back to you soon via phone and email to redirect you to the further procedures (Make sure you include your phone number in the mail). After getting the details of the new person, go and meet him/her.  There are two important things to keep in mind before release-  A month's prior notice, or else you will have to pay the basic pay of the rest of days. i.e., for example you want to leave the company on Aug 10, and you inform it at the beginning of the month(Aug 1).
